Creamy Hot Chocolate

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar in the raw
1/3 cup water, boiling
4 cups whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup half-and-half
whipped cream

Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan combine cocoa and sugar. Pour in boiling hot water.
2. Let simmer for a couple of minutes and add in milk, do not let this boil.
3. Take off of heat and add in vanilla and half-and-half.
4. Pour into 4 mugs and place whipped cream on top. Serve and enjoy!
